All New Zealand orders are shipped via courier with delivery confirmation.
Shipping is based on Size and Weight. Most items are a flat rate of $10 shipping. Larger items, such as those over 20kg or more than 1.5m in length or 0.123m3 are charged at a higher rate (Mostly Punch bags, large racks or flooring items).
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you require other shipping methods please contact us, however if you request uninsured shipping Fitmart will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchases.
Delivery is generally between 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.
Items with a product fault can be returned or exchanged for another item of the same price excluding shipping.
For returns to be accepted they must be returned within 3 days of confirmed received date. Any errors with the content of order must also be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the order. For errors in orders we offer to exchange the item for another item of the same price excluding the shipping price. Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
For all returns or exchanges we must first be notified, or they will be refused.
Items damaged during shipping are not covered under our returns policy. For items damaged during shipping you will need to contact the courier company to file a claim.
